An LA native, I have been involved in the film and television industry over 25 years. I began as a child actor making appearances in various commercials, films and television shows including Walker Texas Ranger, The Parkers, The Man Show and Ground For Life.
I attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts where I majored in both theatre and film production. It was then that my love for filmmaking grew and that I took a particular interest in writing and directing. After high school, I subsequently earned my BFA in film at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and furthered my studies earning my MFA at the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts. While in school I interned all over town to get a feel for every aspect of the industry I had an interest in. I interned in every field from development at Tollin Robbins Productions and BET Networks, to the KTLA Newsroom. I was an in-house editor as well at McNall Advertising, prior to landing several other internships in new media at Telepictures Productions, in the writer’s room for the beloved show Smallville, and at renowned talent agency International Creative Management (ICM.)
Upon completion of my master’s degree I entered the workforce landing a job at Radical Media in Santa Monica, California as an executive assistant. From there I would go on to work freelance in physical production primarily on commercials and music videos.
When I’m not on set I spend the majority of my time writing my own projects, teaching dance, traveling, shooting photography and cooking!
